Secretary of the Board of
Trustees
The Secretary of the Board of Trustees is elected by the congregation and will serve no more than two consecutive two year terms. The term of service begins July 1st and ends June 30th.
The Secretary of the Board of Trustees will:
 | Attend all monthly Board meetings, the
Annual Meeting, and Special Congregational Meetings and record the
minutes of each meeting, to include: date of meeting, members present,
old/new business, and reports from the Minister, Director of Religious
Education, and Treasurer.
| Distribute minutes to all members of
the Board, the Minister, the Director of Religious Education, and the
Administrator.
| See that meeting notices are posted as
required.
| Perform such other duties as deemed
necessary by the Board. | |
