Merriment Committee Chair Job
Description
Merriment is a committee charged with
planning social events to help build community by creating opportunities for
friends and members to get to know each other better. We want to have
fun!
The Merriment Committee Chair will:
 | Purchase paper and plastic supplies,
coffee, cocoa, teabags, non-dairy creamer and sweeteners for
Fellowship events and coffee hour.
| Develop an agenda of events and
coordinate with the Fellowship Administrator.
| Publicize events through the Liberal
Voice, Sunday announcements and Order of Service and the Fellowship
calendar.
| Attend or send a designee to
Fellowship Council meetings.
| Support the social activities planned
by other entities like the Board of Trustees, Stewardship, Music and
Peace and Justice Committees.
| Prepare an annual written budget and
report. | |
